  Don't waste your money! I bought a pair of women's house slippers here a week before Christmas 2023. Now, the stitching is coming out (they're moccasin-style), and I literally just wear them around the house/to lounge in. I called the store and asked if I could return them and the sales associate said anything that has been worn, they can't do anything about... I've barely had these slippers for a month! Terrible customer service in this regard. Do better, J. Crew.

  I've been a customer for several years. Easy going style and classic finds. Always look forward to their spring arrivals in dresses and skirts.

  Super excited about J.Crew opening in St. Matthews (no longer have to go all the way to the outlet mall!). The store was spacious, well-lit, and clean. The employees were helpful and welcoming as well. I'm a big fan of J.Crew's simple and classy look, and I'm sure I'll be making a handful of visits this year!
