  I went in on an evening after work to do a return I bought at the LbX location 2.5 miles away a week prior. The store “director” Jason was extremely rude and before I even went to the counter he harassed me to see my receipt refused my return. Apparently you can only return at the same location you purchase. I had no idea because regular JCrew stores don’t have that policy. I feel like there was a much better way to go about it, would NOT recommend or return.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this J.Crew Factory store. I visited to return an item that didn’t work out, but the manager was extremely rude throughout the whole process. She wouldn’t listen to anything I tried to explain and was very dismissive. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. Instead, she pointed at the return policy with a pen and came very close to hitting my hand—yet she didn’t even apologize. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve shopped at many J.Crew locations and never had such a bad experience before. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

  I was looking for an outfit that complimented my style. Esperanza was very helpful and attentive. She helped me pick the right clothes for a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend this place. I will be coming here more often.
