When I purchased, the staff were very friendly, but during my return the attitude felt more like they were doing me a favor than providing service. If J.Crew wants customers to keep coming back, it starts with treating people respectfully and consistently — whether they’re buying or returning.

I did ask the staff about this and they said they just don’t get that much inventory. I will probably go back, but just to do J.Crew factory returns. It seems like a lot of the stuff in here is manufactured just for J crew factory.
