I visited this location on Monday, August 18, 2025 at about 3pm. There were 3 associates working that day, and not one of them greeted me or welcomed me in. They all walked by several times without acknowledging my presence in any capacity, while helping and greeting others. No eye contact, no smiles, nothing. I shopped for about an hour, and decided that if nobody said anything, I would leave all my clothes in the dressing room and take my business elsewhere. I ran out of the dressing room to find another size, and finally someone asked if I was finding everything okay, but I'm thinking he only asked that because he had determined that I was a serious buyer since I was trying so many things on. I have worked in customer service and sales for over 20 years and can not understand why people get jobs that they don't like or want to do. This place still made $400 off of me because my daughter absolutely loved the pieces I chose for her, and I couldn't stand the idea of disappointing her. Not likely that I will return, though.
Walking to the store and getting some stuff for my trip, notice that not any sale associates greeting or asking if I need anything, there is a caucasian male employee was walk pass me a few times and not even say hi or asking if I need anything, but he has time to stop by and asking the other customers if they find anything alright. Later on he was checking me out and look like he was not really exciting to do it, just some quick questions and not even thank you me. After that me and my friend comeback to the register for another purchase and the lady who was check us out really nice. The guy Matt W, I guess his name was on the receipt, standing next to us and his attitude was not change, please aware that your customer are comes from different backgrounds and ethics and everyone should be treated as the same, especially when working in hospitality and customer service

Great clothes and prices but the workers are terribly incompetent- I was next in line to check out when a worker pulled me out of line to check out on a mobile device.  While I appreciate he was trying to speed up the lines on a busy day, he should at least be familiar with how to work the computer system!
When he couldn’t figure it out, he made me get back in line- The END of the line.  I had to wait another 20 minutes to check out. Needlessly to say, will NOT be shopping here again.
I at least expected an apology and it would have been a nice gesture to let me back in line next.
