  Manager Johana (not sure of the exact spelling) is amazing! I was shopping with my toddler son and husband and my son was acting like a typical 3 year old (loud, chaotic). Johana not only reassured us that he was fine, but interacted with him while my husband and I looked around. She was also helpful in making clothing suggestions for my husband. GREAT staff, clean, and well organized store. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  Was told I could return an item thru 1/9 only to then try to return the item and be told it was final sale. No mention that during purchase, after asking for the return policy, nor on the receipt.
