    I like J.Crew but the service sucks at this location. They need to learn how to treat everyone the same.

    Arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing to make a quick return. Associate was already locking the doors. Requested to come in for quick return. Associate had already closed the register. Super unprofessional. Store should abide by posted hours. It was obvious that associate didn’t care about customer satisfaction and just wanted to get off work early. Super disappointing!!
