Every single member of the staff in this store is racist. I mean every single. One person is designated to welcome people in the store, standing in front and he “selectively” welcomes people in based on their color (Caucasian) only. I am Indian and another Indian walked I after me separately and none of us were welcomed in. But, every single white person/family before and after me were welcomed. Isn’t this Austin? And aren’t we liberals accepting everyone. If I can have respect for all the gay associates working in this store then why can’t they reciprocate. Mediocre store with below average service and behavior. Choose other location or just go to Old Navy next door as they carry the same exact things with same quality, if not better and for a 1/3 price.
***all the other 1-star reviews are recently, within past 6 months or less. This SHOUTS change of management and/or staff, a total disaster.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Aaron Liu. I came in looking for specific sizes, and he went above and beyond—even going all the way up to their storage area to find exactly what I needed, and he did it fast! He was so accommodating and really made sure my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The store itself was spotless—seriously the cleanest store I’ve been in. No clutter anywhere, and once I finished trying things on, Aaron was already neatly putting away the items I didn’t want. The space had a calm, peaceful vibe—not too crowded—and they had a beautiful selection of clothes, most of which were on sale. I was actually having a bit of a personal crisis when I walked in, and Aaron’s patience and kindness genuinely turned my day around. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received in a store. He’s just a kind, calm human being—and 100% deserves a raise.

Sassy manager was quite rude when I was asking about a possible return/exchange on a pair of jeans with a manufacturer defect. Like how dare I have the audacity to even ask if there’s any kind of warranty after 30 days. Good luck to anyone shopping here.
