  Always loved the style and fit of J Crew clothing but this is now forever my store. Just had a wonderful experience here— found out late that I bought a dress a size too small for my mom’s birthday. I called the store, they had the size but they were closing in an hour; which is exactly how long I lived away. I couldn’t exchange in the morning because we’re taking her to brunch earlier before the store opens. I said I can come now but I’m about an hour away. Siri was so amazing, she said to not worry about it, she will stay open and do the exchange even if I’m a few min late. While on my way, there was an unfortunate accident on the highway which slowed me down even more. I called the store to talk to Siri and thought ok, my chance of exchanging is not going to happen this evening. However she was so sweet, she said continue to come and communicate how late with her and we’ll figure it out, she said to drive safe and not worry about it. The accident finally cleared and I got there a little after. Julia was great and welcoming, led me to the register with a warm smile. I get to the register and Siri was so delightful, and took care of me right away. I can’t thank them enough! Thank you to them again and thank you to J Crew for hiring such exceptional talent who put people first— they have made me a customer for life.

  I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at J Crew Factory / Polaris. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pair of jeans. Their knowledge and willingness to help stood out. In fact, their exceptional service influenced me to buy an extra pair. I highly recommend this store to others and look forward to shopping there again.

  Nice selection of clothing. Extremely rude employee. The rudeness trumps the product. I will not be back.
