- BDBri DaughertyJun 14, 20251.0I came into this store today and wasn’t very impressed. I was of course slumming it today and not feeling welcomed at all. I feel they acted like I was a homeless person in sweats. Didn’t feel welcomed, felt judged as if I didn’t belong in the store. I dabble with Jcrew on occasion but today was just in bad taste. I however went next door and dropped almost $500. Was hopeful to go here but it seemed I wasn’t dressed my best self and got treated as is. I understand to a certain extent but it was an off day for me so I figured it would not matter my anttire. Apparently it did J crews loss!! Definitely won’t be going back to this location again. I can afford to look good and I can afford to slum it on my day off. You want sales, well.. better look to your sales associates demeanors at their best.

My main complaint here is that the new manager thinks it is relatively okay to yell at employees in front of customers; or even yell at them at all! Disgusting in my eyes.

The sales are always really really good, so coming in and getting some clothes at a good price brings me more joy than a cold, hard rain on a hot summer day in July. The staff is nice and are willing to help you out with whatever it is that you need.
- BBBSureMay 7, 20175.0I've visited this store several times. The staff are beyond professional, helpful and kind. They go out of their way to ensure your questions are answered. I try not to go in too much because every time I do, I buy too much. It's not only a great place to shop but the management and staff there make it that much more pleasurable to do so. I love this place! It is my go-to store, whether I'm shopping because I want to add to my wardrobe or for when I have to find the perfect clothing or accessory for a trip or special occasion. It's the way a retail shop should be!
