  The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. I’m not sure about the 1 star reviews…maybe they all had a bad day and I get it that the item may be cancelled when you ordered it. But see it as…it wasn’t meant to be. If you’ve ever worked in retail, people at the shop cannot take hold of the exact inventory because this store is a high traffic area where parents and young adults shop between meetings and school. It’s a hard pill to swallow but that’s every store. Maybe JCrew needs to update their inventory where it only shows stuff in the back of the store vs back and front of the store…but that takes time and lots of managerial approval in behind the scenes. All and all, folks… I shopped here this past week and the staff is anything but nice. If you’re nice and patient, then it will be mirrored back to you. Happy Saturday, all, if there’s a mishap for your order…know that the staff has no control of it. If someone grabbed the shirt you really wanted, remember that person now has a beautiful shirt that is in demand. You’ll get that shirt one day in the future where someone else came in for and their order got cancelled. Thinking out loud, this creates demand…so maybe this is why J Crew is still standing in brick and mortar. 😇 cheers, xoxo friendly neighbor

  I bought some items at the J Crew store in Rockville for a friend. My friend could not find the gift receipt and it seemed that he was not going to be able to do an exchange. But we talked with an employee called Justin and he took care of our problem and solved quickly and efficiently. He did a great job!

  The store is only 3 months old but full of life! They took over the old LOFT that was located here and the staff here are all so helpful and very friendly. All of them are quick to ask if i need any help and or getting sizes for me. (Pet friendly, too!) I definitely recommend coming here you can’t beat the price nor the friendliness

  The store failed to remove the security tag on the item I purchased. I called the store to resolve the situation, and they provided no other possible resolution then to visit one of their factory outlets (which are all far from my home) to have the tag removed.
