  My husband and I walked in to look and we were greeted by a young man. However once I started to browse around, I kept seeing the same middle aged lady walk by and NEVER asked me for help or said hello. I mean I must have passed by her 5 times. She would greet and asked others if they needed help but not me. This was on Saturday, 10/4/2025 in the afternoon. My husband bought something but I don’t think we’ll return to this location.

  Jessica is amazing! I stopped into my local J.Crew this evening because a dress I had purchased in Colorado still had the sensor on. While I was just expecting a quick fix, Jessica noticed the dress actually had a rip. I was so disappointed because the dress was adorable—and of course, they were sold out in store. But Jessica went above and beyond! She tracked one down in my exact size and had it shipped straight to me. She turned a frustrating situation into such an easy, positive experience. Truly exceptional service!

  I was told my email was required to receive a receipt, which turned out not to be the case since in-store receipts are available. While I found the approach misleading, it did provide a useful teaching moment for my daughter, that it’s important to protect your personal information and okay to decline when pressured.

  This location of J.Crew Factory, which is located within the Alamo Quarry Market is really fantastic!! They have excellent deals on J. Crew items, and the staff are really kind + accommodating! The store is immaculately clean & well-kept, and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting when you visit. Highly recommend! :-)
