- AGAllison GriggOct 13, 20251.0I am a former loyal J Crew shopper. Unfortunately the quality of the clothes and customer service has been declining for years. I was not able to return a clearly defective tweed jacket that I bought two weeks ago today because I removed the tag. I had the receipt and card used to purchase it. I planned to wear the jacket one day but noticed the sewing on one pocket was all crooked and stretched. I figured I would easily be able to return it because it was clearly damaged in production. Wrong. There’s no telling how many tens of thousands of dollars I’ve spent there over the years. That’ll be the last time I ever buy anything from J Crew. I also recommend others avoid the Chandler Factory at all costs.

My mother took a spill outside their store, on one of the 'should be removed' concrete curb planter... Of ALL the stores nearby, your staff were the ONLY to offer help... One store across the way simply looked on from inside. The younger staff person (did not get a name) recently graduated Med School, brought out first aid, looked her over, and offered her advice on next steps... So thankful... My 78 year old mother THANKS YOU too!!!
