  Came in around 5, 5:30 (they close at 7) on a Tuesday night with at least 4 ladies working. When I walked in and the whole time I was there, not one of them said hi, offered a fitting room, or even acknowledged that I was there! I had an arm full of clothes and walked past one of them by the dressing room and still didn’t offer to help!!!! Also, I believe when I was in there, there was 1 other lady shopping. They were not busy at all. Absolutely no excuse for this whatsoever! After reading the other reviews I don’t see their “customer service” changing anytime soon. Sad! Do better J Crew!

  Never greeted by staff and was given dirty looks. Never once were we told the store would be closing shortly, until we got locked in. What mall closes at 7pm on a Saturday?!

  Quite a cold and off-putting experience when I visited the evening of 8/16. The definition of apathetic and unhelpful.

  I went in here and had an experience. Horrible customer service experience!! If I could give zero stars I would. My money is good at lovesac, Kinarra, Pottery Barn and Garbo’s and any regular J Crew. But not this one! Not a single person greeted me, every employee just gave dirty looks and one laughed. Don’t see this place lasting long if this is the way they treat people!
