  An unacceptable experience at the J.Crew Store Shops Way, Northborough attempting to return a gift with a receipt. The original was paid in cash. Although their policy says they will refund to the original form of payment. The manager would only give me a gift card. Keep in mind I don’t shop at J.Crew. Their clothes don’t fit me and their target age is more than 30 years younger than I am so this gift card is useless not only will I never go back. I will encourage the gift giver never to shop in that store again.

  Yikes. I was just at the shop looking for a few items for a birthday gift. The lack of greeting was so off putting. There were thewe employees silently looking down that the floor and folding clothes that were already folded—clearly avoiding any customer interaction. After being in thw tiny store walking in awkward silence that was slightly buffered by the cranberries— I got a “Hi”. That’s it. I won’t do business at this brick and mortar again. No plus size, inventory from 2010 and rude employees.
