I was missing the J Crew at the mall from years ago, glad to see one is back. It’s easy to get to parking wise, was clean, well stocked on sizes and items I saw online. Also mostly everything was marked down (since it’s “factory”). Staff were friendly and helpful! I was surprised they carry a good amount of kid clothes. Walked away with some goodies for summer.

Nice selection, love that they opened here. Store associates not friendly though and wouldn’t let my toddler use the bathroom. Won’t be going back despite being a regular jcrew customer and cardholder. Guess their employees don’t work for commissions? Gone are the days when retail managers encourage you to spend time and browse. Just another reason why online shopping always wins out.
