  Great experience today. I came in to find some new pants, but wasn't sure of my size or what fit I wanted. Jessica L and her coworker were such a great help in finding exactly what I needed. The customer service was amazing - I would definitely go back. Also, I had no idea J.Crew has a student discount! Definitely a plus.

  Beyond terrible location. Rude staff, outrageous prices (48 dollars for plastic earrings and that’s not even talking about their clothes) this place is for Karens who can’t afford to go to Lucky Brand Jeans. The managers here are those fake preppy ladies that squeal when they speak to you. I’ve been to multiple different locations for this store and this one sucks.
