  I shopped at the J. Crew store in Holmdel, NJ and was having trouble with my cc. The young associate Sofia was so kind and patient and waited till I called customer service and got it rectified. Kuddos to her and her patience and kindness. Actually all the sales associates that work there are very helpful!

  First time into the J Crew holmdel store and the place was great . Friendly staff and clean store. Juliana was awesome and knowledgeable....... and a great smile.

  I had a wonderful experience with salesperson Marla She was helpful, informative and professional! I actually opened a Charge Card because of her! Highly recommend J Crew Factory!!!
