A few days ago this week, there was a shorter woman with a brown bob working who helped me find 00 3.5 Chinos, and passed a super pleasant convo with me about the merits of Factory versus other stores' clothing, which feel increasingly rough and cheap and do not use 100% linen and cotton. I could tell she was a true exemplar of an honorable clothing store employee. She told me that was why she loved working at Factory, and seemed to know several other shoppers and directed them to what was on sale since they'd last come in. She is beyond incredible. Efficient and always on her feet, I wish I'd caught her name, but I will be back.
