  Very unhappy with inability to address poorly made clothes. When jeans fall apart in less than a season there was clearly something wrong with them.

  This was my first time at J Crew and I really enjoyed my time there. The security greeted me warmly, the cashier gave me exceptional customer service with wonderful conversation, and the manager pointed me in the direction of incredible deals. I am not a passport rewards member and can enjoy my new fabulous finds from this store. I ended up leaving with a 10.00 coupon towards my next purchase. I am excited to go back to the store and ship. My items fit great and this is the beginning of a beautiful partnership because I needed to switch my brand anyway. If I have 1,000 dollars I would spend it all in this store. Thank you staff for your service, kindness, and style support. I will be back to see you soon!
