Extremely poor and rude customer service. Sabrina and Nicky. Talking back, lying to your face about how an approved return from customer service is not acceptable and they need to confirm and that their machines can not read the bar codes. After it was “confirmed” those same barcodes were read for my refund. Their associates are t helpful. Store is never really to the standard of a J Crew store. Don’t recommend.
- PPPat PJan 11, 20242.0Showed up at 6:44pm on a Thursday and the doors were already locked despite the website and the storefront itself saying they close at 7pm. The few times I’ve been there the store was well organized.
