  I went to J Crew Factory Store at The Shoppes at Webb Gin for the first time today. I was greeted by Boris, he was very kind. He let me look around for a few minutes then asked me if he could help me. I told him my personal shopping issues. Boris told me he could help me with them. Which he did because he listened to my needs. The store was neat, clean and easy to shop in. The dressing room was spacious. I took my purchase to the check-out desk where Sandra was very efficient, kind and helpful during that process. I will return there for that experience always.

  One of the few brick and mortar stores I frequent. The very best sales associates around! They are always helpful and pleasant.Store is well stocked, and there’s always a sale.
