  Their cardigans that say 100% cotton are not 100% cotton. They immediately made me itchy. I have eczema so I have to wear 100% cotton. You can also tell if you take it out the dryer and it has static. Not cotton! This is deceptive.

  Absolutely disgusting and racist. I shop here too much and spend too much money to have been treated this way. Customer service support center helped me yet in store, they refused.

  Rude sales lady experience- I asked nicely for the price of an item because it said 60% off. I wanted to know the exact price. I asked the sales lady and she told me to “what does it say on there? *points to the sign that says 60% off* and she shows me the price tag of the item, and she said “ it’s 60% off of that” the lady just left. Very humiliating experience.

  I don't always write reviews, but when I do it's because my experience deems it necessary. I came here on a whim hoping to update my closet and find some family photo outfits. Anna was fantastic helping me find the right outfits and more. All the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable about the materials and care for the products purchased. From someone that despises shopping for clothes, they made my experience so much easier. Looking forward to many return visits.

  I needed to return an online order but I was having an issue on line. I brought it into the store and the ladies there got it figured out for me. I thought the inside of the store was beautiful. Light, bright and clean and organized.
