  Literally one of the worst customer experiences is when you walk into an empty store to find the one worker too busy socializing with friends (neither of which were workers) at the cash. No greeting, just blanket stares as if inconveniently interrupted. Then- the non workers were behind the cash table while the worker was showing her what she does. Talking gossip in between silent stares. It was horrible. The two mom workers eventually left, still no service. Unimpressed at employee’s work ethic and character in general. Whoever was on at 6:45 pm

  The store seems to go further away from the J Crew brand, no one looked like they were representing the brand based on what they were wearing. No one in the store helped us while we were there or even acknowledged we were in the store. The workers just stood behind the cash register and talked.

  Terrible customer service from both workers. From the moment we entered the store we were watched the entire time by both women that worked there with disgusted looks on their faces. We felt very uncomfortable and left, and we will certainly never go back.

  Glad to have this store in Sioux Falls. Great products at a great price. The team was also amazing too.
