From the moment he clocked my “I-don’t-know-what-size-I-am-anymore” energy, Louis took control. He didn’t just suggest clothes — no, honey — he curated a look. This man doesn’t fold sweaters; he sculpts dreams in cashmere. Within 10 minutes, he had me in a chore coat so sharp it could file my taxes and a pair of chinos that practically whispered, “I do my skincare routine and text back.” So if you find yourself in J.Crew and Louis is on the floor?   I had a great shopping experience at J.Crew Factory! Abel, who I believe is the store manager or director, was especially helpful. He noticed I had several items in my hands and kindly offered to get a fitting room ready. not just for me, but for other customers too. That small gesture made shopping so much easier! Another young associate was also helpful, but Abel really stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable visit. Thanks to him and the team, we had a great time shopping. I’ll definitely be back!
