  Nick and Sara helped my son with back to school shopping. They were patient and taught my son how to wear the clothes and pair pieces together. This was the first time my son enjoyed shopping for clothes. Nick is so awesome! He always helps me pick outfits from fun to professional and even helped me pick a dress to wear to the White House. Rebecca helped us checkout. Everyone is attentive ,kind and helpful. This is one of the few stores that still give great customer service. I love shopping at J. Crew Factory Store and am so glad it is in my neighborhood. I will be shopping there a lot!

  Came in tonight and they were so polite and helpful with finding pants for my return to office, and ordering some stuff they didnt have my size in. Its always clean, tidy, and oraginzed, with friendly staff. We're happy they are in the neighborhood!

  One of two customers. They were doing karaoke and it was extremely uncomfortable and obnoxious. They man and women sang behind the counter, failed to greet us and hollered something upon our exit. It was quite frankly jarring and we were going to try some things on and it deterred us from doing so. Unprofessional and uncomfortable situation. Would not recommend. Would never return.
