  J.Crew at West Cobb was a great shopping experience for me. The store was very neat & well organized. Kameryn & GiGi were great at helping me find what I was looking for in the color & size that I needed. Very professional, nice & patient. It was right at closing time too. Overall an awesome shopping experience. :)

  The best J crew there is!!! Kamron was the absolute best, helped us so much and was the sweetest !!! 100% on costumer service!!!

  I had the best experience at the West Cobb location of J Crew. Gigi and Gian Carlo were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They checked other locations for product availability. The store was so neat and clean. This is my new Go To location.

  This is a great store. We have such a wonderful experience every time we are in. The staff is wonderful, it’s always clean and everyone is so helpful. Tonight we were helped by such awesome folks. Can’t say enough good things!

  I use to visit Woodstock jcrew but after knowing that this location is near tomy house, I started visiting more here and loved the experience. Gayanti(jiji) is one who also help me. Other employees are nice and friendly too. Must visit this store.
