Horrible first experience. I walked in to no greeting. I walked around the small boring store that had three employees chatting away. As soon as I walked past two of the employees they stopped talking and gave me their backs! I was hoping to make this another place to shop at for basics but seeing as the customer service is as horrid as the fabrics, I won't be returning. Yes they were white. You're working at J Crew FACTORY, not Chanel so get rid of those snobby attitudes. If they don't get fired, they'll be turning away more new customers. I recommend Nordstrom or Banana Republic because they have better quality clothing and better customer service, by far.

J.Crew factory just opened next to the Nordstrom rack, The prices are more reasonable than the Nordstrom rack next door. The new location looks great with a large layout inside.
