Not just this store but most of the training appears to be around trying to get you to sign up for a store credit card or trying to get personal info. The store isn’t easily shop able, stuff is randomly placed. Luckily the woman I asked that didn’t know where the jeans I was looking for was did find someone that did find them. Store also was missing a lot of sizes. Great quality products, find what you like and shop online.

As I was looking at it, a worker came up to me and informed me that I would need “at least a large” and that I probably wouldn’t be able to find something in my size. I am a size 2. Why are J.Crew employees fat phobic?? Absolutely unacceptable.
