Disappointing experience at this location -- again. I stopped by right around opening time and was the only customer in the store -- but the staff barely acknowledged me. No greeting, no offer to help, nothing. On top of that, the clothes I looked at were noticeably poor in quality -- thin fabric and just not worth the price point. I’ve was a longtime J.Crew shopper, but this visit was a letdown on every level. Won’t be returning to this location.

Staff is indifferent. I’ve never been greeted or assisted in this store. I intend to buy when I go in, but the lack of customer service deters me.

I have a broken foot and was accompanying my female friend and as soon as I walked in, I was invited to sit on the couch and relax by Sudi, which was incredibly relieving after not being able sit at any other store. Aubrey then handed me an iPad so I can shop from the couch. These very kind women treated me like a king, thus moving J.Crew to the top of my mall store power rankings from the perspective of a ‘shopping assistant’ and ‘outfit evaluator’. Thank you Sudi and Aubrey!
