- BDBlake DrummondAug 24, 20255.0I don’t usually review retail but I have to take a moment out of my day to say what a pleasure it is to shop in this store - it’s always tidy and the staff greets me immediately upon entering - very welcoming atmosphere - the stylists that work at this location are knowledgeable and helped me find a few good items, managed my dressing room experience efficiently and checkout was a breeze - shop here!! They have good sales too 🙌

The fitting room is filthy and is also shared with the men. Something goes for when I needed to check out my items, I waited for 10-15 minutes just to get someone to help me. So disappointed.

I was going to a wedding and realized I forgot to pack my suit (~4hrs away). I called the store when they opened and spoke with Kathy. Incredibly friendly. She took down my measurements and notes about what I was looking for. When I arrived that afternoon, Suzanne had two suit options set aside for me to try on. Good mix of some sale items as well as some full priced items. I did not feel like I was upsold or pressured to buy either options. They definitely made note of what I was in the market for from my call. I left with a well fitted option that was perfect for the wedding. I was also surprised that a few of the items they selected were on sale in-store but full priced online. So I saved a good ~$200 less than I expected.
- DRDoreen ReedDec 31, 20224.0J Crew sells quality clothing and when there is a sale you can really make out. The clothes in Shrewsbury are way nicer than the staff. Don't ask for boxes for online purchases, you will have to fight for them
