- NDNatalie DoanJul 19, 20251.0I placed an online order with help from an associate, then noticed the online price was lower than in-store. When I asked about a price match, the associate was visibly annoyed and falsely claimed it couldn’t be done until the item shipped. I later got it resolved through customer service before shipping. The staff here are rude and unhelpful. If I had listened to them, I would have missed the better price because the online price changed the day my item shipped.

I spent 10 minutes looking around and not a single associate acknowledged me or offered to help—they were too busy at the registers talking to each other and folding sweaters. Will not return as this is terrible service
