    I usually do not leave a bad reviews but this time I have to tell my story. My wife recently purchased some clothes from J crew on-line store and the size that she order did not fit her at all. One was too tiny XS and did not fit at all (maybe XXS) and other one was too large to wear.She ordered Small but seems like Medium instead. Went in to South Coast Plaze J Crew and try to explained the situation to the manager who was in charge. She did not want to hear it because it was a "FINAL SALE" and refuse to help. She told us " NEXT TIME DON'T BUY ON-LINE" Yup, thats what she said.WOW!! Really? She said that. NO!! RETURN POLICY FOR FINAL SALE IS CRAZY!!! TO ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE OF FINAL SALES. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THE SIZE ON THE TAG IS WRONG FROM THIER END.
