Illie was SO kind and helpful! She brought so many options to the fitting room for me and was very patient while I tried on different sizes. So sweet and attentive! I definitely recommend visiting her at this location! (:

- JAJared Arroyo-GarciaJan 5, 20251.0I like J crew apparel and frequent Madewell too. After this last experience it was discouraging and made me want to shop elsewhere. I brought in an item to be returned and was transparent with the employee that I tried it on and didn’t like the feel. Then I was told that it cannot be returned because it was worn. The attitude of the employee was also very cold and not understanding. If this is the return policy then how is anyone supposed to be ever try something on? Technically when you try something on it is wearing the clothing so that policy is very unfavorable for the consumer and downright dumb.
