I had a cardigan on hold and Rebecca happily helped me pick out items to complete the rest of the outfit, as well as assisting with other items. She was warm and wonderful. Thanks to her expertise, I walked away with the perfect autumn/winter outfit built around the brown heather cashmere cardigan I had originally placed on hold! *Notes on the Long Toscana coat in Italian stadium-cloth wool blend* - As of Oct. 25th, camel is available in store (sold out online)

- JAJV AnteOct 19, 20253.0Bought 3 shirts yesterday from the sale rack. The cashier rang me up and dump the shirts in the bag. I had to fold it in front of him cause I needed to give it as a present to my friend’s kids. He watched me fold the shirt did not offer to help as he had a bigger space at a countertop behind him. He asked if I needed paper which he help wrapped. I was wondering if had I purchased it at regular price the service would different. It seems he does not value and care for the product he sells. I purchased a much cheaper sale shirt from BR the other day and I don’t need to ask but the cashier wrapped it so meticulously and you can see the pride she had with the sale.

An item was listed $98 on the tag, yet it rang up as $118. Everyone in the store was great, but I'm skeptical of a company (more so their computer system) that doesn't honor their price tags.
