We make timeless clothes that last a lifetime…then pair them with of-the-moment styles season after season, decade after decade. We think that distinct heritage pairs perfectly with modern design and fabric technology. We believe in feel-good color…Even if black or navy makes you feel best, we’re here for that. We’re the experts in signature categories: cashmere, coats, blazers, pants—and we also collaborate with the coolest brands out there because we know that creativity is contagious. We consider leopard a neutral, speak stripes fluently and live for a great gingham. We’ve had your back for over 35 years, and we’re convinced there’s no better expert on our clothes than you, our customer.

I was amazed at how much staff they had in such a small store. They were all so bored, I had a person following me around at every corner which was slightly uncomfortable and made me not want to continue shopping in there.

Visited this location just hours ago today and found an item I liked, so I made my way to the fitting room area. I was the only customer waiting for assistance, yet two female employees saw me and chose to ignore me completely. Neither acknowledged my presence nor offered any help, which left me standing there uncertain about what to do next. One of the female employees was wearing a striped shirt with jeans and had short hair, while the other had long black hair and was dressed in a black jumpsuit. Neither one informed me whether the fitting rooms were full or offered any kind of assistance. Thankfully, a third employee, wearing a long white oversized sweater and a long skirt, noticed me, let me know that the fitting rooms were currently full, and kindly asked me to wait. She even made a thoughtful comment about how the skirt I was holding would complement my current outfit, which I genuinely appreciated. As someone who has worked in retail for years, I know how important it is to provide every customer with basic courtesy and service. Unfortunately, the behavior of the first two employees made me feel unwelcome and judged, possibly because of my extensive tattoos and not fitting what might be perceived as the “J.Crew” image. All customers should be treated with equal respect and kindness, regardless of their appearance. Working in retail doesn’t place anyone above others, it’s a role of service, and basic courtesy should always be extended. Wont be returning to this location. Ps: I had 1000% better customer service at Aritzia NEXT DOOR! Go give them your money instead.

Kimmie was fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone else seemed like they didn't want to be there or interact with customers unless absolutely necessary. Should've stuck with Abbot Kinney.

Quite possibly the rudest JCrew team I’ve ever encountered. My partner and I were there to purchase dress shirts, ties, and shoes and no one even greet us or tried to assist. Two of the team members were chit chatting in the corner and refused to look up and help us and others. We had to hail down three of the male employees to just ask for sizing. They were all so rude and unaccommodating. Whoever is managing the men’s section of this store needs a reality check on how to be respectful to customers. What a waste of time.

I purchased 3 white V-neck undershirts less than 2 weeks ago, which they brought out crumpled from the back warehouse - never worn, only washed because they’re undergarments + they came from the back warehouse… Who buys boxer briefs/lingerie/undershirts and just puts them on before washing them?! They wouldn’t accept my return of the undershirts. Managers were condescending and unhelpful.
