Had a weird experience yesterday at the register. Rep rang up my clothes which had been put aside on the back counter from the dressing room. I signed the charge and started to walk away only to look down at the receipt and see I had been charged 2x for the same item (I only bought 5 items). She apologized, and corrected it by issuing a credit. Then I said, “where are my shoes?” And she had forgotten them on the counter behind her. Again she apologized and then rang up the shoes separately. When I got home and reviewed the receipt again (to see how much I’d saved with the sale!) I found that one of the shirts rang up incorrectly. The original store price tag clearly says $79.50 yet the SKU rang up as $89.50! (Unfortunately, I can’t add a photo here) I got the shirt 50% off, so I’m out $5) Not sure $5 is worth a 1 hour round trip to the store. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND SKUS before leaving the store!

So happy they have a new store manager--Katie is amazing, She's helped me numerous times, and she's so kind and helpful and not pushy. She offers great suggestions that will fit into my lifestyle, and she's always happy, smiling , professional and courteous. She's amazing and I love J. Crew styles. I just wish they'd stop their final sale nonsense especially with gold passport members. Hats' off to Katie at this J. Crew! Susie :). Katie gives exemplary service!

Horrible experience. We live almost an hour away from the store. We looked up there hours and it clearly stated they were opening at 8. When we arrived around 8:30 they were not open. We thought they were opening because several people were in there The manager came out to say the store would not open till 10. I said that is not what your advertising said He said yeah it’s the end of the world. He was belligerent and rude. I told him they should fire the person in charge of the advertising and he said Jesus Christ as he stormed off!! We have spent thousands in J Crew but they just lost a customer for life! There are many stores so they will get our business.
