We make timeless clothes that last a lifetime…then pair them with of-the-moment styles season after season, decade after decade. We think that distinct heritage pairs perfectly with modern design and fabric technology. We believe in feel-good color…Even if black or navy makes you feel best, we’re here for that. We’re the experts in signature categories: cashmere, coats, blazers, pants—and we also collaborate with the coolest brands out there because we know that creativity is contagious. We consider leopard a neutral, speak stripes fluently and live for a great gingham. We’ve had your back for over 35 years, and we’re convinced there’s no better expert on our clothes than you, our customer.

Very weird and rude interaction with "Amber C." : I purchased several tops at this location. I came back the following week to return/exchange a few of them. I had a valid receipt that was only a few days old. The cashier refused to look at the receipt when I tried to hand it to her. She also refused to take the bag/items so I had to awkwardly hold them. She just kept repeating "Give me your email. Give me your email." even though I had the receipt with a return barcode in my hand for her. She kept repeating herself over and over and rushing me despite no one else being in line while I tried to pull up my email. She kept saying, "Give me an email, any email. Just guess if you need to. Don't look it up, just give me one. I need an email." When I got to my email I held up my phone screen so she could read it clearly- that way she didn't have to worry about me needing to spell it since I have a bit of a stutter and it's a long email that I usually have to repeat multiple times. I guess she thought I was trying to give her an attitude because she refused read it. She said that I HAD to say it out loud to her. I offered to write it down and she again said that I had to say it out loud. She refused to move forward unless I did so and just stared at me. At this point it was clear that she was trying to prove some kind of point. Her tone was very rude and things were weird and awkward for the rest of the transaction and time in the store. Very weird and passive aggressive. At no point in the interaction did she explain anything. The whole interaction felt belittling and embarrassing. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I was told to go into an unnamed changing room by a member of staff and while I was getting changed was yelled at in a very rude tone by another staff member to immediately leave the changing room and switch to the next. I immediately put everything back that I had planned on purchasing. Learn how to speak to customers, beyond disgusting!
