- FSFelix Schafmeister3 days ago1.0I am all for sending receipts digitally but I've been getting bombarded with spam from J.Crew ever since I gave them my email address and they make it intentionally hard to unsubscribe from all the different kinds of nonsense they send out.

I was debating between two sweaters and Omari was so helpful in trying to get me the right size and in offering his opinion in such a warm, kind and honest way- like shopping with your most fashionable friend. Clara was such a queen in the fitting room and checked in on me afterwards too, and Tyrell who checked me out at the register was so efficient and fun. There was another sweet associate in the fitting room who helped me make my decision, I didn't get his name but it was just so refreshing to have a staff so invested in their customers happiness. Even though there's another J Crew closer to my office I will continue to go to this one.
