An older associate with a short bob haircut made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I tried to make a return. Despite being a loyal customer, I was treated with an unwelcoming attitude and dismissed without much explanation. Her demeanor was cold and unhelpful, which really surprised me given the usual level of service here. I hope the store addresses this, as experiences like this make customers think twice about coming back.
