- SSSamAug 17, 20251.0I wanted to return a “final sale item” for store credit. They never said in the past it wasn’t allowed. This time Leo said it’s not allowed unless I call support and they tell him the return would be allowed. So I did that, put them on speaker phone, they tell him the return will be allowed and he responds saying “no it won’t, we don’t allow more than one courtesy return” and I’m just like… what?? Why did you have me call them then? The whole thing was weird and awkward. Anyway, the phone rep processed the return for me by mail. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

They don’t hover around and ask you 100 questions about what you like or what you’re looking for. They let you shop in peace and are always ready to answer any questions. Recently I ordered something and was delivered the wrong item. They were beyond helpful with the entire return process. Great experience all around.
