- MNMeghan Ngtoday2.0Nice selection of clothes for the holidays, and friendly security guard, but one of the associate's was not very approachable. I rarely ever give negative reviews and unfortunately the older sales associate greeted the elderly kindly when they asked a question, yet when I asked her about the sales selection size on a coat I liked-she widened her eyes and spoke in a condescending mannerism. Almost as if I was disturbing her. Not professional to say the least. I work in retail myself and I wouldn't speak to a customer like that even on my worse or busiest days. Hopefully I have a better experience the next time I shop in this location!

The associate working at the register finished up with their customer and told me they were done up front and someone else would help me. Then they walked over to customers right by me and asked if they needed help. The customers said no and the associate just stood around doing nothing, while I continued to wait with my heavy box. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
