  I brought in my Portugieser Chronograph for maintenance and during the maintenance they managed to destroy the original dial of my watch, after which they swapped in a replacement part. And then they charged me full price for the maintenance. Will not be returning.

  IWC completely mishandled the release, distribution and communication about their new limited edition green Ingenieur. The last time I saw a brand mishandle a release like this was a microbrand run by a single person. There's no reason that in 2025 brands should be overselling watches, and telling customers that the watch they were guaranteed months ago is actually sold out. It's a limited edition of 1000 pieces and should be extremely easy to tell if you're overselling it. Moreover, even if you do initially oversell the watch, it shouldn't tell months to tell those buyers, after you held on to their deposits for months. Finally, it's irresponsible to tell boutiques that they're "guaranteed" an allocation, when you clearly don't have a handle on estimating demand and distribution. Now those boutiques have to look like 3rd rate jewelers when they tell their buyers that they accidentally oversold the watch.

  Purchased my first timepiece at the IWC on Madison Ave and had an incredible experience. I had the pleasure of meeting James, who was knowledgeable and eager to share his knowledge with someone new to the world of watches. The quality of the piece is exceptional, and the personal care James took in helping me select a timepiece was above and beyond. I look forward to purchasing another and will certainly be going back to this location to do so.

  Couldn't be happier with my experience! This is my third IWC piece. The watch is beautiful but what really stands out is the customer service. James went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. It's rare to find someone that makes you feel like a valued customer. Will definitely buy more through James.

  My fiancé and I had an awesome experience working with James picking out a watch to celebrate our engagement! We ultimately got a portofino moonphase watch (that James had acquired from out of the country) which was exactly the piece we were looking for. We loved the service he provided and he made the overall experience much more pleasurable than most of the other watch brands. We will probably come back in the future for another look too :)
