  Visiting the IWC Boutique in Vancouver was a truly wonderful experience. The boutique itself is elegant and welcoming, but what stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and valued. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend reaching out to Wei — he is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and a true pleasure to speak with.

  Amazing boutique and truly encompasses the pinnacle of luxury and customer service even for remote/distant inquiries. Hoki and Jenny are both especially exceptional - Thank you both again!

  We went to this store 2 weeks ago and Wei acknowledge us right away. Reason being there is to buy a links for Mark XX. I must say that WEI has excellent customer service. Today we were there and again, Wei acknowlege us right away. He was patient and knowledgeable about IWC pilot. Thank you! Wei for your time.

  Went in the store wanting to see how the Ingenieur fits. The sale associate is not welcoming at all. He is Asian with glasses, I didn't ask for his name. He didn't even offer us a seat or water while we were looking at the watches, we were standing the whole time! The space is tight and I had to put my backpack on the floor. He basically just stood there and watched me to sort myself out as if he doesn't care. He was smiling the whole time but I can tell he was not engaging. Very awkward.
