  Amine is fantastic! He is so knowledgeable, patient, and lets the watches speak for themselves. He is not pushy and really takes his time to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. He really goes above and beyond and my husband and I will certainly return to purchase again.

  I recently had the pleasure of experiencing what true customer service looks like at the IWC luxury watch boutique in Tysons Galleria. I had initially sent my IWC watch to the e-commerce service concierge for a full service, along with a request to replace the leather strap with the same kind. Unfortunately, the original strap was no longer available, so they offered me a different style with a complimentary folding clasp. While I appreciated the gesture, the new strap didn’t quite fit right—it felt uncomfortable and looked slightly mismatched compared to my original strap. Over time, the strap even began to fade. Seeking advice, I visited the IWC Tyson Galleria boutique where I met Amine, who immediately showed compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Even though the initial service hadn’t been handled by their location, he went the extra mile and arranged to send my watch back to the service center to investigate further. To my surprise, just a couple of hours after I left the boutique, I received a call from Amine. He had brought my case to the attention of the boutique owner, who truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer experience. The team not only took full care of my watch—they also found a strap that perfectly fit both the timepiece and my comfort. This particular IWC watch holds deep personal meaning for me, and I was incredibly touched by the level of dedication and care shown by the entire Tyson team—from the client advisor to the store manager, and especially the boutique owner. If I, my friends, or my clients are ever in the market for an IWC timepiece, this boutique will always be my first and only recommendation.   Just had to share how stoked I am about my new Mark XX from the IWC boutique, which I've now had for about a month! Seriously, the whole experience was awesome. Amine and Kyle were the guys who helped me out, and they were super chill and definitely knew their stuff. We got chatting about all the different options in the catalogue over two visits to the boutique. We covered everything from the crazy cool Ceratanium finishes (which totally blew my mind!) to the legendary Top Gun models. I tried on most of the watches, but in the end, the Mark XX just felt right. The staff made everything so easy, and the whole transaction was super smooth! Huge thanks to Amine, Kyle, and the whole crew at the boutique. Definitely a top-notch experience and IWillC about returning in the future!

  I ordered a new Ingenieur in blue Dail and paid a deposit for it, two weeks later, I received it due to somebody backing out from the deposited waiting list. Salesman Amine mentioned: that I was the first one to receive the watch that fast in the USA, which I believe that what he said. Also, Amine and manager Jason both are professional and good attitude! Definitely, I will be back if I like to have more pieces of IWC even if I have connections with different ADs.
