  Spent a few days in Vegas for business, visited a ton of watch shops. The guys at IWC in the Forum Shops were consistently the most informative, enthusiastic, patient and above all happy to be working there. Special shout out to my guy James, but really the whole staff was great. Look forward to visiting them again when I’m back in December! Maybe sooner if there’s a particular green time time only piece to match my new pilots chronograph!! Edit 6/27: And here she is!!!!

  I had an incredible experience with James at the same location. He seemed knowledgeable and practical guy. Was able to try all the six watches which were there in my wishlist. Ultimately I decided to purchase one few days after and James helped me with that too.

  I had the worst watch browsing experience at this IWC store in Las Vegas. An older blonde lady working there was extremely pushy, constantly pressuring me to make a purchase. To make matters worse, they motioned for security to close the doors and stood in front of them as if I was going to run off with their merchandise. Their overall attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I highly recommend visiting another authorized dealer or considering other brands like Cartier, Rolex, or Omega at the same price point. Avoid this store at all costs.

  I bought a watch that I was really looking forward to service was amazing. Not just why we were there but afterwards I had some issues that needed help and fixing Paul help us and I cannot tell you how amazing he is, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful thank you so much, Paul. You’re an asset to IWC.
