  I had an amazing experience here. I got the Mark XX pilot watch and Alex C from IWC really took the time to help me through the whole process especially since I was interested in trying on every strap combination possible. Really happy with my experience here.

  The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very welcoming, making the experience a pleasure. They went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and patiently answering all my questions. The boutique itself is beautiful and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new IWC Schaffhausen watch.

  I must say, luxury watch shopping is always an intimidating process for me as I never know how I will be treated. Well last week, that fear factor was greatly alleviated with my experience at this IWC boutique. Upon entering, I was greeted with a very warm welcome by a gentleman named Mohamed. I told him that I was there to purchase a watch for my husband’s birthday gift as he is an avid IWC collector. I knew my husband wanted three models in particular but I had no idea which they were. I took a picture of my husband’s collection to be safe and showed it to Mohamed. He then took the time to talk about the models that would make for great additions to my husband’s collection and gave his professional recommendations and I took a leap of faith and decided to go with one of the models he suggested and that was within my budget. Sure enough, Mohamed’s recommendation was one of the models my husband wanted! He asked me how I knew that was the model he wanted and I just smiled and went with it. Knowing full well, Mohamed was the one who was responsible for making the perfect call. That to me just shows how passionate and knowledgeable he is about the IWC brand and its watches as well as being a great joy to work with. Can’t thank him enough for helping me pull off one of my husband’s best birthday gifts ever!

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting the IWC Boutique at the Short Hills Mall, and the experience was exceptional. Despite it being a busy day, Mo provided me with unmatched attention and professionalism. His dedication and warmth made me feel valued as a customer, which truly set this boutique apart from other high-end stores I’ve visited. This was my first experience with IWC, and it left a lasting impression. In the end, I ended up buying a couple of watches from Mo thanks to his excellent service, and IWC will now be part of my regular watch rotation. Highly recommended!
