  Jesse at the IWC store at Scottsdale fashion mall was extremely helpful when I bought my IWC pilot Chrono. he is very knowledgeable knows what he’s talking about knows his brand. There was also a young lady that worked there. I don’t remember her name, butshe was also great and really knew her stuff.

  Brandon at this boutique is very helpful, knowledgeable and very passionate about his inventory which makes the process of making a purchasing like this that much better. I’ve bought multiple pieces and have enjoyed the experience every time. I highly recommend him and this boutique.

  Had a wonderful experience at this Boutique and would highly recommend due to Mark Scopa and his professionalism. Mark is not only knowledgeable about all things IWC and other brands but also helped me find the perfect IWC watch for my needs and within my budget. He was patient, empathetic and just a class act all around. I have a feeling this will not be my only IWC purchase at this Boutique and will be purchasing several more from Mark to add to my collection. Thanks Mark for not only introducing me to a wonderful brand but also educating me. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and my new IWC watch.

  Met with Kyle Rogers back in April while looking for a 50th Birthday gift. Kyle was present and attentive throughout the process without being bothersome. It took me the best part of 6 months to decide on which model of watch I wanted, and Kyle was patient and supportive through the process. Even though I live in Los Angeles and have two Breitling stores here locally my experience with Kyle meant he won the business. Can’t recommend enough.

  Jesse did a real professional job for me. From follow through with my trade in watches to explaining the benefits of my new watch. He stayed on top of my interest in the Big Pilot all the way through the deal and had me on my way very quickly. Overall a great experience.
