Shauna and April are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I came to this boutique to learn about the Ingenieur and they had a ton of interesting information to share. Great staff and great store, highly recommend. Thank you!

It’s a high bar to clear but I was underwhelmed. The people working were very nice, and it’s likely because it just opened, but the product knowledge just wasn’t there, told me multiple things that were just straight up wrong (e.g. Spitfire was 36mm, I know it’s 39mm). Compare this to my experiences at the 54th St or Rodeo Dr locations and it’s night and day. Those locations really feel special, like you should when you’re considering spending several thousand dollars. I don’t blame the people working there at all, not their fault, seems like there should be way more training on the products. This mini location doesn’t make sense to me when 54th St is not far away, and they seem to have made WoS shut down their IWC display now that this is open so that is kind of a bummer.
