  Fantastic experience every time I visit this IWC store. I love the watch I purchased here. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to take care of any help I’ve needed. Highly recommend!

  Visited the store to replace my watch strap for a new strap. They were able to tell me the available straps they have in their store. Price was affordable. Staff are courteous and offered me some refreshments while I wait.

  I really appreciate the amazing assistance from Ashley at the IWC boutique in Costa Mesa! She ordered the Mark XX and it arrived in perfect condition! I look forward to working with Ashley again in the near future!

  In the market for a new luxury watch stepped in the store there were about 2 or 3 employees but no one offering to help or even an acknowledgment. One guy sitting at a table so I pointed at a display that contained 3 watches and inquired about one of the watch's price he immediately blurted out 13 thousand without so much as getting up. I asked him if he knew which watch I was referring to and told him it was the one on the far right and he corrects himself and says 4 thousand for that one. What great service... I walked out as he didn't seem interested even to get out of his chair. IWC South Coast Plaza definitely not getting my business.
