He outshone every other shop with his care and expertise and made three new IWC fans (the third one is on its way!) This place makes you feel a perfect blend of luxury and a welcoming vibe. A memorable experience. Highly recommend!

The experience with Sully definitely made two new IWC fans, and my partner is actually looking at the website for her favourites right now! Sully also gave us a small gift for Chinese New Year, which will actually be very useful and used in an upcoming wedding

It sits at the beginning of Newbury Street, across the street from Boston Common and it lives up to the standard of excellence that this part of Boston is known for. The store is appealing and calm and designed so that it is on brand. IWC was founded by a Bostonian, and this store pays homage to his essence and the essence of the IWC brand. The staff made the purchase process effortless and presented options, but never were pushy or “salesy”. (Thank you Katya!) I couldn’t recommend this store any higher. It conquers excellence and I love my IWC watch!

Took the time to talk about different strap options for my Pilot's Chronograph 41 and also about IWC as a whole. She let me try on the ingenieur which I asked about as well. She gave me her undivided attention and was great!
